Access All Areas – the music film festival

Bad news for weekend hippies and tree huggers everywhere – there’s no Glastonbury this year. But if you want a music festival featuring a line-up money can’t buy, head on over to the NFT in London for Access All Areas – a music festival for the big screen.

Running from 2nd June to 30th July, the line-up is both big and varied, featuring live gigs on film and music movies from the likes of the Sex Pistols, The Specials, Flaming Lips, Abba, Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Elvis, The Who and Johnny Cash.

Most of the movie classics make an appearance – Quadrophenia, Woodstock, Monterey Pop, The Song Remains The Same, Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars plus a rare outing for Marc Bolan’s Born To Boogie and of course, the Glastonbury movie.

Booking is now taking place – tent and wellies not required.
