Brionvega TS522 radio
Technology changes, but style is for the long term. Take this Brionvega TS255 radio, designed by Richard Sapper and Macro Zanuso in 1964.
The looks haven't changed a great deal since its inception, but the technology has stayed up to date. However, that doesn't mean a great deal as it's still a radio, and not a DAB one either. It's FM and AM, with five presets for each.
But who cares about the technology - it looks great in either of its three colours and is a true design classic for your home. Expect to pay about £165.
