You may remember we recently featured the Tissot PRS516 watch which was based on a vintage car dashboard. Well, here’s another series of watches with similar designs – but with a heftier price tag.
Dunhill’s Wheel watches, designed by Tom Bolt, will again appeal to the vintage car buff. My favourite is the Petrolhead, which features the date on the rear of a sports car and a power meter like a petrol gauge – which indicates how much life you have left in your timepiece.
It’s water resistant and made of stainless steel, with a black calf strap featuring contrast stitching. Nice, but not cheap – expect to pay in excess of £1,500.
