Hang-It-All by Charles and Ray Eames

It was designed by Charles and Ray Eames, with the idea of bringing a sense of fun to an everyday object. The coatrack has a white powder-coated steel frame and maple balls in 9 different colours.
Admittedly it isn't cheap - if you buy one online from SCP you're looking at £141. But don't despair - if you want a bargain, check out eBay - there's always a selection of Hang-It-Alls for sale - and for a substantially lower price.
