Alpha Industries Navy Pea Coat
The nights are getting darker, the weather colder and it'll soon by time to dig out the big coat. Or if you're in the market for one, how about this classic Navy Pea Coat from Alpha Industries.
The Pea Coat has been used by the American navy since before World War One and it;s still in use today. Alpha has been making their since 1959 to the same military specification, which includes a vent back, nylon quilted lining and tow large handwarmer pockets.
And apart from being an exceptionally warm coat, it's got a classic look that will never go out of style. Avaialble in dark blue, grey or black, you should be able to pick one up for around £140. If that's a bit rich, you might be able to shop around for a slightly cheaper one at an army surplus store.
