Barboy
Think of a vintage bar and you’ll probably be thinking of a vision of plastic, glass and leather, possibly shaped like a boat. Well, you certainly don’t get with the Verner Panton Bar Boy.

Designed in 1963, but reissued today by Vitra, the Bar Boy is not dissimilar to the Jo Colombo Boby trolley, with four segments that swivel out in different directions, offering both surfaces to serve your drinks, along with storage for your bottles.

It’s constructed from moulded plywood with a high-gloss varnish and metal, with a choice of black and white finish. Unsurprisingly, this isn’t cheap, with a price tag of £1,572.
