Josef Albers nesting tables for Bauhaus

Josef Albers was both an artist and at one time, the artistic director of the Bauhaus workshop. And these Josef Albers nesting tables are a result of both of those influences.
Recently reissued by Vitra these mid-twenties tables are influenced by Albers the artist, specifically his geometric paintings and as well as being unmistakably Bauhaus studio in shape.
Designed to work 'independently and interdependently' and made of solid oak and acrylic-glass, the set of four tables retails for £1,061.
