Ole Mathiesen Index watch

Sometimes plain and simple is so much better than all the whistles and bells - as is the case with the Ole Mathiesen Index watch.

Originally introduced in 1962, this new variation has a large silver-plated dial with simple bold graphics and a date display, along with a Swiss quartz ETA movement, stainless-steel case, sapphire crystal and a calfskin leather band.

Sold gift boxed, which is just as well with a price of $800 (around £400).
