Think life drawing is an activity undertaken primarily by the bored and retired at the local community centre? You obviously haven’t discovered Dr.Sketchy.
At the forthcoming Dr.Sketchy London presents Sketch-A-Thon, you’ll find a mix of art and burlesque, which means your pencil will be kept busy with the pick of the capital’s exotic models, elaborate costumes, fabulous make up, beautiful bellydancers, drag queens, music, comedy and any other tasteful decadence you can think of.
You’ll get over a dozen burlesque performances over the course of the
evening, as well as a pile of prizes for the best/worst drawings
produced on the night. It all takes place on Wednesday, August 13th
from 9pm – 2am at Madame JoJo’s, 8-10 Brewer Street, London W1F OSE.
Admission is £25 (discounted for groups) with half of all profits going
to support Keep-A-Breast, a charity that uses art to raise money for
breast cancer research.
