The V&A’s Cold War Modern exhibition might be well into its run, but there are still new additions to the accompanying merchandising line – including these Oliver Goldsmith Pyramid sunglasses.

Many of Goldsmith’s current range are recreated from the original designs – indeed, this particular pair were made in 1972 for celebrity hairdresser Vidal Sassoon. Perfect for posing on the piste (or saving for summer), the Pyramids offer that high-end Goldsmith build combined with the seriously quirky look – there’s no way you’ll be lost in the crowd wearing these wonders in white.

Obviously designer shades don’t come cheap – £450 in this case. But if you look after them, they might well be a future collectable.
