'Leafs' mid-century inspired bowl by Ninainvorm

This Leafs bowl is another piece of handmade retro inspired goodness. It's made by Ninainvorm who is based in the Netherlands and who draws inspiration for her ceramics, collages and screenprints from mid-century design. 

The attractive curves of the bowl are made by a combination of slipcasting and handshaping. The simple but striking image of the branch with brightly coloured leaves is then screenprinted onto the ceramic. Measuring 19cm high and 8cm wide, it's more substantial than perhaps suggested by this image and will cost you $67.
