We have already seen a few limited edition City Series trainers as part of the Size? 10th anniversary celebrations, so it's no surprise to see another – in this case the Adidas Cardiff trainers and tracktop.
Yes, celebrating Cardiff, the slimline shoe is offered in black and gold, with a leather upper, gum sole, suede detailing for thw toe, dimpled tongue and the Cardiff name in 'handwritten' text on the side. The tracktop is as you expect, same detailing and the Cardiff name under the badge.
See over the page for another image, with both likely to be limited to 500, numbered and for the trainers, selling for £69.99. Both are available from 30th October 2010.
Really disappointing that ” size ” in Cardiff did not have more of the adidas cardiff trainers in stock so many children were upset to have queued all morning ( early ) and when they eventually got to the door were told they had ” sold out ” though these trainers were also sold in Glasgow, Swansea Bristol etc….
It didn’t help that 3 people pushed in at the front.
