With a reference to one of the greatest girl groups ever, who wouldn’t love the print “I’m Living in a Song By the Shangri-La’s" by Donald Urquhart?

Urquhart first produced posters and flyers for the underground drag club scene in the late 80s, working with performance artist, Leigh Bowery. His work consists of black and white drawings in pen and ink and usually feature actresses, drag queens and literary figure along with a line of text. As well as the pop culture references, he is influenced by early 20th century illustrators like Aubrey Beardsley. This piece is limited to 100 editions, each signed by the artist.

It costs £125 from the Whitechapel Gallery.
