If you spend as much time as I do looking at vintage furniture on Ebay, then the name Nathan should already be familiar to you, but what might come as a surprise is that the company is still making beautiful midcentury style furniture such as the Monty Armchair.
The shape of the chair is very much 1950s in style with the splayed legs beloved of that period. The chair is available in a choice of fabrics and is pictured here in Missprint Dandelion Mobile fabric – very much the fabric designer of the moment. There is also a small sofa and footstool in the same style. The armchair costs from £599.
