You'd normally associate Hans Bolling with his wooden ducks as much as with his architecture, so it's nice to see something a little different re-issued from his archive with this 1960s tray table.
This table was designed in 1963 and is a stylish way to do some hosting. It's made from two trays that are mounted in a wheeled natural beech structure, so you can push the table or carry the trays as best suits your purpose.
The same playful spirit that designed the ducks is in evidence here as each of the trays is reversible: flip the black tray to reveal red, or reverse the white tray to show sunshine yellow instead.
