Big thanks to Andrews Graham for sending over this gem, a 1970s Accurist LED digital watch, which also comes with a low bid price right now.
This probably as good as it gets in terms of condition. The watch is around 40 years old, but has been stored for the last 35 years with the batteries removed – so no corrosion either. New batteries have just been fitted ahead of this sale.
The watch, of course, works and you can see it working in one of these images in the listing. The Swiss-made stainless steel case is unmarked, the dark glass display is 'perfect', as is the Accurist logo. The strap isn't missing any links either. This is, quite simply, ready to go.
Best of all, it's currently at just 99 pence. Potential bargain, that's for sure.
