Ercol's 1950s Butterfly Chair available in a new set of colours

The design is over 50 years old, but the Ercol 1950s Butterfly Chair has had a modern-day makeover, at least when it comes to colour.

The 1958 Lucian Ercolani design is still all about the wood and those curves, but the chair is now offered in a choice of Aqua, White, Electric Blue, Navy and Mandarin, three of which are pictured above.

Beech and elm is the wood used for the chairs, with the price of one at £475.
