To coincide with it being 30 years since The Smiths formed (doesn’t that make you feel old?), the exhibition presents photographs of the band and Manchester in the 1980s. The exhibition features a collection of stark, melancholy cityscapes which gave rise to such great music both in The Smiths and the bands that followed them. Having also worked with Joy Division, Cummins is of course an important part of Manchester’s musical history too.
The exhibition runs from 1 June to 15 July at Proud Camden. Visit the Proud website for more details.
