The bustier features a structured top to show off those curves and a cut out design and zip fastening at the back. Wear with the matching fitted pencil skirt which falls to the knee and comes with a skinny red belt. Admittedly a figure like Kelly's would be a bonus if you really want to pull off this look but if fifties chic is your thing a dash of red lipstick is all this outfit needs to complete it.
