Printer maker/designer Dee Beale might be UK-based, but her style is very much influenced by Scandinavia as is apparent with this Sebright Bantams print.
She lists her influences as including Stig Lindberg and midcentury design. Like much Scandinavian folk art, her work often involves plants, flowers and wildlife. This print features a pair folk art stylised birds in a beautiful gold colour, but the same design is also available in inky black. The print is an open edition, but each is signed. It is sold unframed for £25.
