Naomi Ryder 70's Kiss Cushion
This pink silk 70's Kiss Cushion calls to mind the photo stories and line drawings in teen magazines of the time.
Textile designer Naomi Ryder makes embroidered illustrations, using stitches to create a hand-drawn look. This cushion features a screen print of one such image, showcased appropriately enough on it's pink silk background. The pose (and the hairstyles) of the couple featured perfectly capture that seventies teen mood - all you need now are the satin sheets and The Joy Of Sex on the bedside table.
