1960s Verner Panton Mirror Sculptures reissued by VerPan
We thought we had all the recent 'new' Verner Panton reissues covered, but we missed out on arguably the most interesting reissue of the lot - these 1960s Verner Panton Mirror Sculptures.
The most interesting because these are the oldest of the recent reissues and also the most niche. You'll have to want some mad '60s space age look in your home if you go for these. There are three designs to choose from, all of which were originally designed by Panton for his own home. Very few made it onto the open market at the time, making originals incredibly sought after.
VerPan has reproduced three of the designs in mirrored acrylic, sized perhaps larger than you would imagine, all around 48 x 48cm. The downside is perhaps the price, which is £202 each. These would look amazing in groups - but a group would set you back a serious amount of cash.

I'm a big Panton fan and would love some of these but I simply couldn't justify paying the asking price for what cant have cost a couple penny's to make - design for the masses this isn't - sad really.
