Made by Dublin-based company, the Allium is self-assembly shade consisting of 10 pieces of polypropylene.  These pieces fit together (hopefully without too much of  a struggle) to forming an interesting spherical shade that just fits to your regular light fitting.  It is available in a choice of colours and costs £42.
