There are plenty of options if you're after a retro tray: we've featured new designs from Donna Wilson and Winter's Moon just over the last month. But they're still hard to resist, especially when they are as attractive as these trays from Minä Perhonen.

You'd be forgiven these were 1950s in date, with their sketchy patterns featuring subject matter like leaves, trees and the fish shown here. In fact Minä Perhonen is a Japanese brand, specialising in Scandinavian-influenced women's clothes. These trays are part of their homeware range, every bit as stylish as their clothing.

The trays come in an irregular 'hane' shape, complete with hole to help with displaying your new tray.

You can buy them for £69 each.

Buy them from Couverture and the Garbstore
