Lichtenstein: A Retrospective at Tate Modern
Pop art fans rejoice - the Lichtenstein: A Retrospective exhibition will be opening at London's Tate Modern next month.
The exhibition, the first of its kind for 20 years, has been organised by The Art Institute of Chicago and Tate Modern, and will be displaying 125 of works by the iconic American pop artist, famous for his comic book-inspied works during the 60s and 70s. Pieces on display will include famous works such as 'Whaam!' from 1963 pictured above, as well as sculptural work in ceramics and brass.
The exhibition opens on 21st February and runs until the end of May. See the website for more details.
