I saw one of these near me a while back and presumed it was a Mini Moke. A closer inspection (and the owner) told me it was a Citroen Mehari.
Not a great deal about it on the listing, but it does date from 1978, has just over 70,000 miles on the clock and has a current MOT. The owner also adds that this thing is 'great fun'. Judging by the amount of times I've seen the one near me on the round with a smiling driver, I suspect that os the case. Especially in the summer.
