eBay watch: Dieter Rams-designed Braun SK6 audio system
A design classic, that's for sure, with this particular Dieter Rams-designed Braun SK6 audio system in very nice condition too.
That's because this 50+ years old player (it was designed back in 1960) has been fully restored, with the seller claiming it is in excellent working condition and as we as 'beautiful' cosmetic condition.
As for the player, ht is a mix of metal, wood and plexiglass, with 33/45/78 playback for your vinyl and LW/MW/FM radio reception, along with the kind of sound only a valve amplifier offers. The seller also says you can hook up an iPhone to it too, which should be interesting.
Design classics don't come cheap. especially in this condition. £504.55 is the price.
