Not a lot is known about the design, but we suspect this Verner Panton-style floor lamp could prove a very shrewd purchase.
According to the seller, it was bought at a modernist design auction, but with the description 'unknown maker'. So it sounds like it has some age and might well have a name to it if you do the research. In the meantime, you have a lamp that would work well in any '60s or '70s-style environment.
It stands at 130cm tall and has 'minor wear' that is 'consistent with age'. Which sounds fine to us. As for the price, the current £9.99 means this could be a real bargain.
