Smooth sofa by Designers Guild

The new collection from Designers Guild includes the glamorously retro Smooth sofa. 

It's a shape that looks like it has come out of the 1950s but with a luxuriant feel that looks just as good in the twenty-first century. The sofa has got a deep, low seat and gently angled back, making it perfect for reclining. And the wooden splayed legs look great with the curves of the seat too. 

There's many different upholstery options - including 40 different shades of leather alone - thanks to the large range of Designers Guild fabrics available, meaning there's the opportunity to tailor it to the specific look you want. 

Sadly no information on pricing yet - that's likely to be on the more luxurious side too.
