Zanotta white shell

It's a contemporary design but Zanotta's shell table, designed by Salvatore Indriolo, definitely shows some space age style.

With its smooth white curves, this table could definitely pass for something out of the 60s or 70s. In fact Indriolo designed it only a few years ago. Standing at just under 40cm high, that shell shape makes it perfect for use as a coffee table, or for storing magazines and the like.

It's even made from suitably futuristic sounding materials – something called Cristalplant, which is apparently a composite material based on polyester and acrylic resins.

The table is also currently on offer, reduced to £735.25.

Order it from Nest.
