We love these kinds of little wooden models – in fact, we've picked up one or two in the past. Bizarrely, we think we own an original of this 1960s Architect Made Danish Owl By Paul Anker purely by accident.

We picked one up pretty much identical to this in a secondhand shop, which at the time we couldn't accredit to anyone. But after seeing this reissue, we think we now know we have something rather collectable.

This reissue of the classic 1960 model screams personality. Even more so due to the head, which is attached by a magnet, allowing it to be tilted in all directions.

The model stands around 18cm tall and is handmade (at a small wood shop in Denmark) out of oak, with eyes inserted in wenge wood. it comes packaged in a gift box and sells online for £66.
