If you're looking for some retro art that really makes a statement, you could embrace the midcentury look with these striking pieces of Metal Wall Art from West Elm.
The midcentury trend for wall art is something that, despite all the enthusiasm for midcentury pieces, hasn't really yet made it back into our homes (although you may remember last year's Graham & Brown metal wall art collection). Given that West Elm have provided for just about all of our other midcentury needs, including a desk, coffee table and bed, perhaps it's not that surprising they're now having a go at this.
The piece above is certainly dramatic, and undeniably retro. It's made from powder-coated steel combined with powder-coated steel. It's hard to ignore in terms of size too, measuring 150cm across.
