This 1950s-style Hallam bedding from Habitat is an easy way to add retro style without breaking the bank.

These cheering duvet cover and pillow sets are decorated with an abstract pattern of bright yellows, blues and red, offset against grey. It was designed by Habitat with a deliberately retro feel and the pattern is reminiscent of some of the artists textiles of the 1950s, particularly Marian Mahler (whose designs were adapted for the Mobiles wallpaper by Sanderson).

Even more of a bonus is the price. You can pick up a double set for £25 for double set or a kingsize set for £30.
