It landed in a grey fabric at the start of the year and soon disappeared – the result of the extremely limited editions produced by the company. Now the Felix armchair by Swoon Editions has returned in three new shades – and isn't likely to be around for long.
That's because the numbers of the chair in peacock blue, lime and mushroom are again very low – just 14 of each produced. Considering it is also available for a modest price, you can imagine it selling fast.
As for the design itself, it is inspired by the middle of the 20th century, offering solid oak tapered legs, high armrests and back, plus buttoned detailing to that back. Handmade too in New Zealand pine.
