All too often we see these and pass over them because they are not in working order. That’s not the case with this particular 1950s stereogram.
This vintage valve-based stereogram is in working order, as well as being in ‘very good vintage condition’ with only ‘very minor wear to cabinet’. So that’s a plus. The one other downside is that the radio reception doesn’t sounds great. But it does tune in to at least one station. Elsewhere there are two speakers and a Monarch deck.
So a working unit, but with appeal visually too. If you are looking at kitting out a room with an authentic 1950s or early ‘60s look, this is definitely something to check out. A lacquered teak cabinet, tambour doors and tapered legs. Boxes all ticked.
Shipping might be an issue (although the selling with help with shipping quotes), but the price right now isn’t. No bids and currently with a starting price of £49.99 with no reserve.
