Fancy living in your very own 1960s time capsule? You need to get a bid in for this 1960s modernist property in Chichester, West Sussex, which has just gone up for sale.

The property dates back to 1968 and has had one owner since. That owner is now selling a house that looks pretty much untouched in the 40 years he or she has been there.

That obviously means a distinctive 1960s design preserved, as well as some wonderful period features within. Check out the windows, the beams, the wood cladding, the feature fireplace, the furnishings and more. This could be a sixties lover’s dream.

In terms of living space you get a ground floor with split level living room, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom, with the first floor offering a large garden room and balcony, along with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside is around 0.4 acres of land, not to mention a swimming pool.

Sadly it doesn’t come cheap, perhaps because the land has a good deal of value in its now right. But if you have money to spare and love the house, this is available for offers around £725,000.
