There’s something about orange that screams this particular era. And this 1970s Peil & Putzler ceiling lamp is very orange!
The lampshade is made of a ‘cast opaque orange glass’ with an inner white glaze, decorated with a raised circular geometric pattern. The bulb casing has a double metallic plate (the top one is chrome) which clasps the top of the glass lampshade and holds in place.
The light is described as being in ‘excellent condition’ and in ‘full working order’. But do have it checked over if you have any worries.
