It is aimed at children, but we think a lot of adults just might enjoy the L is for London book by Paul Thurlby too.

It’s the latest in a series of graphic children’s books by the illustrator, with past books (such as the Alphabet book) well worth checking out too. This one lands this week and as you might have guessed, it focuses on the sights of the capital.

Not your average A-Z though, this one has the likes of A for Abbey Road, through F for Foyles and Z for London Zoo for example, all shown off with those wonderful retro-style illustrations.

The finished product is a 64-page hardback book, produced by Hodder Children’s Books and available to order now. It sells for £11.99.
