We have featured some original 1960s designs from this maker, but we think the Cool Chandelier by Frandsen is actually a contemporary design. Not that you would think that by looking at it.

This looks every bit the hip modernist chandelier from some stylish home of the early 1970s. It would look pretty amazing in a modern-day home too, retro to otherwise.

Take your pick from a copper or black finish, both with a metal frame holding  three bulbs of your choice at different heights. As you can see, looks even better if you invest in some of those oversized, vintage-style bulbs that seem to be everywhere right now.

Even better, both are discounted are Monoqi for limited time. If you want the copper version, that’s £137 (down from £170) with the black version at £115 (down from £144).
