More great designs with a wonderfully retro aesthetic from Hannah Turner, with her retro Toadstool range.
A quick check back through the site and I notice the name Hannah Turner has been mentioned a few times. But the wonderful Peacock ceramics by Hannah Turner certainly haven’t been flagged up. Until now, that is.
Hannah Turner is best known for her retro ceramic birds and feathered friends provide the influence for her latest range which includes this Owl Storage Jar.
These have similar quirky retro looks to her classic ceramic birds, but with the added functionality of being able to serve up your boiled eggs in it. There are four designs in the collection; red, orange or blue (decorated with feather/leaf patterns) or green (decorated with a circles pattern).
Each egg cup costs £24 and can be bought from Hannah Turner’s website.
The pompom design is made up of spirals and flowers in retro colours against blue and pink backgrounds. The teapot (£29.5), tall jug (£27) creamer jug (£16) have a slightly unusual shape which adds to their quirkiness. There is also a mug and a bowl ( both £14) in the range.
