Well, when we featured the Leica D-Lux 2 camera last week, we decided it was the coolest and most retro digital camera on the market. That’s until we saw the Samsung L85.
It looks rather like my old Olympus Trip (which I’ve still got somewhere) – and that’s got to be a good thing. As a camera, it’s a whopping 8.1 megapixel with 5x optical lens and features a 2.5-inch colour TFT LCD display on the reverse.
There’s also loads of other features, including special effects for your photos, autofocus, video shooting and 8x digital zoom, plus there’s 32MB of internal memory (which can be expanded to 1GB) and a rechargeable lithium ion battery.
And of course, it’ll look great in your hand. You should be able to pick one up for around £275.
