Adidas SL 72 trainers back in two new shades

Another regular on the trainer reissue circuit returns in two new shades – the Adidas SL 72.

As you might well know, the shoes were originally developed for the track, specifically for the 1972 Munich Olympics as a lightweight piece of footwear.

The original had a nylon weave upper, but this reissue has a suede and nylon upper – everything else is pretty much 'as is', including the Traction tread sole. Choose from black and gold above or the blue and white pictured over the page. Both sell for £49.99.
