Archive 2: Manchester Postcards by Kevin Cummins from V&A

Kevin Cummins, renowned for photographing musical greats from Joy Division to Bowie, made a visual record of Manchester's music scene from the late 70s into the 80s. The V&A have reproduced some of these photos as a set of postcards for the Postmodernism exhibition, which opened this weekend.

The pictures include scenes from the infamous Haçienda, portraits of the likes of the Smiths and charts the rise & fall of the great Factory Records.

These iconic shots of Manchester's most famous sons come as a set of 16 postcards and are £15 from the V&A Shop.
