Everything Was Moving: Photography at the Barbican Art Gallery

We’ve all seen plenty of photographs of Swinging London, but Everything Was Moving: Photography from the 60s and 70s, the upcoming exhibition at the Barbican Art Gallery offers something a bit different.

The exhibition takes an international perspective on those fascinating decades with the work of photographers who were working around the world. There was plenty happening politically and culturally – and it also coincided with a golden age of photography. With over 400 photographs on show, the exhibition should be something special. It runs from 13 September 2012 to 13 January 2013.
