Homeis
Another vintage-styled piece of artwork from the Keep Calm Gallery – the Home is Where the Art is print being both vintage in looks and vintage in construction.

The work of Lucas and Hayley, this piece of artwork is actually printed onto vintage wallpaper – a choice of two designs, including the one shown here. Both are hand-pulled screenprints, signed and numbered and in limited editions of 34 and 36 respectively.

Measuring 18 x 14 inches, you can pick one up for £18.

Herman Miller retro-styled Airia Desk

Airia

I think my favourite desk of all time has to be the George Nelson Home Desk – a desk that mixes past style with present day functionality. And that’s also the case with this newly-designed Airia Desk from Herman Miller, designed by Ayako Takase of Kaiju Studios.

Like the Nelson desk, the Airia Desk has a walnut top and shallow storage, but also slips in a drawer, removable organiser trays and an off-white frame that packs in the curves. And if you like that, there’s even a matching cabinet for storing your larger clutter.

As you’d expect with a Herman Miller piece, this certainly isn’t cheap – but you’ll find the £1,200 price tag a solid investment.

Look your best in the Tetris Mirror

Tetris_mirror

Not the first Tetris-themed item we have featured on here – and I’m sure the Tetris Mirror will not be the last.

This A4-sized mirror comprises of 13 interlocking mirrored acrylic panels, which can be arranged on your wall to form a rectangle – or broken up as individual blocks. How? Well, each ‘block’ has sticky pads on the back, so you can stick each piece where you like.

Designed by Soner Ozenc and available online, you can pick it up for 48 Euros.

Aznom Mini Clubman Chateau – high-end upgrade in leather and wood

Aznom

The Mini Clubman’s launch was overshadowed by the launch of the Fiat 500, but you’ll certainly grab attention by driving round in this exclusive Aznom Mini Clubman Chateau.

Aznum has ‘re-interpreted’ the car, making just 12 of the cars, each labelled with a number and the owners name. Other notable features of this retro car are a shock absorbent wine cellar (in the boot), an aged gaucho leather interior, a vintage-style sandy/gold metallic paint job, an extensive use of wood both internally and externally, alloy wheels, premum tyres and much much more.

How much this will cost isn’t clear – but a small lottery win might come in useful.
