Dwell Oval Sideboard

Ovalsideboard
Dwell’s Oval Sideboard isn’t a show-stopping design, but it is a simple, practical and reasonably priced item of retro-inspired furniture.

The sideboard has a gentle curved edge to it, which suggest a midcentury influence and it offers a decent amount of storage space behind its two doors. It is available in either the walnut veneer finish pictured above or a white gloss lacquer.

The sideboard costs £699 from Dwell.

Vintage 1953 Coronation Tin

Vintage_110111_tins5_8404tn

Buy your own piece of history with this vintage 1953 Coronation Tin from Steptoes Dog. This classic tin was made as a souvenir to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and dates to 1953.

It's a fabulous way of adding some vintage-chic to your life and a unique relic from the coronation.

The tin measures approx 6 inches / 15 cm wide, 1 inch/ 2.5cm tall and 4 inches/ 10 cm deep and is in good condition. Compared to the number of William and Kate souvenirs being churned out, this is a Royal antique with charm and character and for only £11 from Steptoes Dog it's also a bit of a bargain.
