Betty Boyns is a relatively new company creating vintage inspired stationery, perfect for putting the finishing touch to a gift.
Based in Cornwall, their designs take their influence from 'retro lifestyles', such as in the Night Out wrapping paper shown above which illustrates a perfectly poised 50s style woman in a suitably period room. The Chin Chin and Cha Cha designs show scenes with a similar feel. They also produce some designs without people in them, including some retro floral patterns.
At the moment, the range includes wrapping paper, cards and gift tags but will be later expanded to include fabrics.
Prices start at 50p for a gift tag while the wrapping paper costs £1.50 for a sheet.

You may remember the distinctive British postcard tile collection we featured a little while back. This range uses a similar principle, featuring 30 different designs of floral tiles. Here's a Art Deco-inspired design updated for the twenty-first century with the Alto wallpaper from Urban Outfitters.
The design, from a company called Temparer, uses a distinctive Deco pattern, which is reproduced in a bright red colour against powder blue. The actual definition of wallpaper has been updated too: it comes with self-adhesive backing to make it easy to apply and also to take down when you get a bit bored of it.
