The red pillar box is an iconic image of British life.  Thanks to artist/designer Clifford Richards (you may remember his Robot designs) you can have your own version of this classic design inside your house, inside your own frontdoor to be precise.

The Pillar Box Letterbox hangs inside the door, covering the letter flap and catching your post as it is put through.  To retrieve your letters, you pull out the crown from the top and the front becomes a hinged door.

There are quite a few retro style breadbins on the market, but the Wesco Grandy Breadbin is based on an original 1940s Wesco Design.
