Now this is something special, not to mention rarely seen. A 1960s Dieter Rams-designed Braun FS 80 television.
Designed by Rams back in 1964, this is still the modernist dream and reminiscent of the designer's audio systems of the same era, not least with the controls underneath the screen.
Of course, this is a TV, so there are limitations. it is in original unrestored condition, which means, by logic, we're presuming this black and white TV isn't going to be out of the box ready for digital TV in the UK. But I'm sure you could get advice on sorting that out somewhere.
But the rareness is the selling point here, which also reflects on the price. This TV will set you back £999 – although you can make a cheaper offer if you want to chance your arm.
