Big thanks to Andrews Graham for sending over this gem, a 1970s Accurist LED digital watch, which also comes with a low bid price right now.
It is down as a new design, but the Braun BN0076 watch is effectively the return of a sought-after 1970s classic, the Braun DW30.
The watch has been around since 1947, with the classic timepiece synonymous with James Bond in his later years/movies, when it replaced the Rolex Submariner. So, with the movies celebrating 50 years, it's no surprise to see the Omega Seamaster Limited Edition James Bond 50th Anniversary Watch appearing.
Braun has been making watches since the early '70s, with the range still very much inspired by the Dieter Rams 'less is more' philosophy. Not only that, designs like the Braun BN0032 watch range are reasonably priced too.
Ok, it's not the easiest way of telling the time, but the Keypad Watch by Click Watches is a wonderful thing nonetheless.
We don't feature a lot of watches, primarily because we don't see a lot worth featuring at the 'right' price. But this 1970s Hudson Digital Jump Hour Watch is well worth mentioning.
